What got you into lolicore?

What got you into lolicore? I first discovered it about a year ago when I was for some reason on Shingo Dj (Nasty Maid Grinder)'s blog and saw a link to "MaZters of Our Time". What is this huge archive of music, I thought? I downloaded it and then forgot about it until a few months later. It was then that I looked up lolicore, and found this forum...good times getting a taste of the community.

The adventure began with lolicore started in 2009. It started with a strange music search... I did not listen too much, but sometimes getting involved in it more and more. I started listening to Loli Ripe, later Lolishit - still love it! Many people think that they can pour out the blood from the ears when they hear lolicore... but I feel great with lolicore. In 2013, I began visiting the forum - as a guest, after a long time - as a user. I am glad that I am with you all! ^^

I found lolicore from my old friends blog. I was interested in all kinds of music back then and wanted to give it a shot.
My first ever lolicore that i ever heard was goreshit-nhk!. I still listen to it from time to time

Nice! My first albums were Nyojikko - Genki Kuudere Violence, RaevLoli - Dj Neko, and MaZters of Our Time (though I only heard a handful of tracks). I didn't really listen to any others until I suddenly regained interest about a month ago.

I used to frequent the #bronymusic IRC, and there I met a guy that goes by supersaw hoover, or more commonly zovi. I think he introduced me to goreshit's music, when he (among others) put out Pinkamena Party. Goreshit was a featured artist, and I loved his track Holy shit I just looked to see what the track was called but I couldn't find it I think this memory is false.

Damn I don't know how I got into it, but it did start with Goreshit, and did happen soon after (and as a result of) meeting Zovi.

Oooor a few years ago a dude who I rarely saw at school saw me listening to breakcore and asked me if I listened to Goreshit I was like "what's that? show me." He then had me look up Goreshit - nhk and told me it was lolicore. Actually lolicore is what really got me into anime lol. I've seen some prior to that but I didn't get all totally fandom about it until after lolicore. I didn't even know what a loli was when I first started listening xDDD I was like "why do these dudes love candy and anime?" lolololol
I started making lolicore within like 2 or 3 months after learning about, I had been producing really bad breakcore and speedcore tracks prior tho. Started making lolicore in like the summer of 2011 and that's when I met DJ D1ed, Abra (Battle Lolis, Loliqueen, Tsubaki Yeah!, etc), and gejm (odaxelagnia). I'm still friends with DJ D1ed and Abra, but gejm gradually became an ass lol. Made a compilation with DJ D1ed that released early 2012. I gradually formed my noisy ear molestation lolicore sound across that year. Also started up Tsundere Violence in early 2012. I have been making lolicore and compilation ever since

i was getting heavily into breakcore and consuming a fuckton of it, and eventually stumbled upon Reizoko Cj by chance (his Rrrrrrr album to be exact). i liked the cut-up style and use of anime samples, and figured out that there was a scene based around it, then found a folder labeled "Lolicore" on the /g/ FTP server and went wild (had Akamushi, Odaxelagnia, Loli Ripe, Lolishit, Goreshit, etc)

I really don't know when, how or why, but I can say where I found out about lolicore for the first time ever: Lastfm!

Perhaps back in 2012, but I'm not sure at all. I should see when I created the first "lolicore" music folder on my old hdd ah ah. Anyway I was randomly checking user's pages to discover new music (I can't live without searching for new artists) and I saw the first lolicore artist. At the moment I didn't have a clue about what "lolicore" was, so I listened to some stuff and I liked it a lot! I don't know who that artist was, but I remember that the first ones I discovered were Nasty Maid Grinder, Yuri Yum Yum, Bloody Vomit Bukkake and JAPSHITFUN. JAPSHITFUN things were pure and insane madness!! I loved his works!
Some days later I burned a lolicore compilation on cd for my car trips ah ah! Driving listening to lolicore is quite funny and enjoyable.

Some time later I discovered this forum, Tsundere Violence, many other artists, and so on...

EDIT: ...No wait, I checked my e-mails and there's a message I sent to a friend about lolicore in December 2011, so my first approach with lolicore should have been in 2011.

Ehhhh I wish I had my old post before this site got purged. I've slowly forgotten over the years.

Something something started listened to breakcore. I liked fast music so it went to speedcore. Then I heard about j-core (which I really didn't care for) but it was the catalyst for lolicore I think.  Also I think we can throw in those YouTube [MAD] videos. I think those got me interested in anime samples being cut and mixed around.

I don't remember who was my first lolicore artist. For some reason I want to think it was Bloody Vomit Bukkake.

I think I started listening to lolicore in either 2010 or early 2011.

aaah lot of time ago...it's been 3 years since then by now...
and I forgot exactly how did it happen xD I guess I was looking for music on youtube, listening to Shingo dj and RWC, then i came across videos of songs by LOLI RIPE and lolishit, and I discovered the others on last.fm, LOLI RIPE, lolishit and BVB soon became my favorites till I decided to try out the same shit

I thought it was weird at first but since I'd already been listening to a lot of Touhou arranges, anime themes and [MAD]s it didn't take long for me to like it and listen to a lot of it.

Which I would say are close enough to lolicore, that sparked an obsession into this type of music :-)

Furious lolicore was my first release, still think it is a fantastic EP to this day
