New rules for Lolicore Nation.

You may have noticed the new "Site Rules" sticky at the top of each sub-forum. I decided to add these so the site can grow in a healthy manner. Rules are not made to be broken.
I suggest you read up on them
Don't worry I wont be banning members or anything of the sort. But if you do break the rules I may edit your post or remove it.

This is a good idea, but I haven't Skype. Not on this laptop, but give me 1-2 weeks, maybe I can do something with this
