I finally slept good yesterday 16h..

usually i get around 3-5 hours sleep per night Very Happy causing me to sometimes go mad

I've learned I can get by on 4-5 hours a night if I take a nap in the afternoon, but last night, I got two.

I have had a bad series of nightmares lately. Melatonin seems to help me stay on cycle though if you're having issues with that. =/
